At our workplace, we maintain high standards for the fair and dignified treatment of all the people who work for our company. For all of us, it is not just a place to work, but like another home and everybody in it like a big family, closely bonded with each other. We also believe that a company is as good as the people who work for it – their combined talents, skills, knowledge, experience and passion make us who we are. Hence our continuous goal is to inspire and motivate our people to hone their talents, increase their knowledge & skills and achieve extraordinary results at their workplace. As we take care of people who work with us, we also consider it our responsibility to support the community that we live in.

During the earthquake in 2015, our food products were distributed throughout the country for free. We have also been involved in supporting the defence system of our country. In past years we have developed an Armed Police force Building, Built a Police station and A Traffic Police station in Birgunj. For the society we live in, we contributed to the installation of CCTV cameras and became a part of Clean Abhiyan Birgunj. During COVID-19, We actively distributed our food products for free around the country and funded in making Wards at Narayani Hospital in Birgunj.
